Hair is my passion, and my passion shows on every client that walks out of the salon doors. Through ongoing education, I try stay up to date on the latest cut and color styles and techniques to bring you the looks you want. I specialize in wigs and hair extensions, but I am I also able to achieve any other style you may want!
I want all my current and future clients to feel comfortable while getting your service with me. To ensure that, I have a few rules that I go by. 💜
Upon your arrival
I do not allow other people/children to your appointments. (I prefer the appointments to be personal so I can give my undivided attention to your service.)
For my new clients: The address to the salon I work in will never be posted online. As soon as your deposit is sent, I will give you the address.
To my existing clients: Please DO NOT give the address out to other potential clients. I would appreciate if you just gave them my number or social media handles so I can talk to them personally.
I do not have an open-door policy. Please do not show up randomly and expect me to squeeze you in or service you. Please just contact me so we can set up an appointment in advance. I rarely do squeeze in appointments. In the event that you do need a squeeze-in appointment the fee is $50.
My deposit for any service except coloring services are $20(non-refundable). Depending on the color service needed you will need to contact me in order to get the total for the deposit. In the event you do need me to provide hair for any service with extensions or weave the deposit will change depending on that service.
I am a traveling stylist. Depending on how far you are will determine the travel fee. If you are 10-15 minutes away it will be $20. If you are 20-30 minutes, it will be $35. If you are 45 minutes to an hour away it will be $50. Please understand that I am used to a controlled environment when adding this to your service. There needs to be proper seating and outlets in order for me to work properly. Please do not invite me into your home if it is unsafe or unsanitary. I will not work under those conditions. I will refuse the service if I feel the need to do so. My space in the salon I work in is clean and disinfected properly every day. All towels, combs, chairs and sinks are cleaned every day when you arrive.
I will refuse ANY service if I am not comfortable.
If the deposit isn't sent within the first hour of you booking it will be cancelled.
I do not have a late fee. Ater 15 minutes your appointment will automatically be cancelled, and you will need to reschedule.
I prefer you cancel your appointment at least 24-48 hours in advance, I understand life happens but this way we may have time to reschedule in the event of an emergency.
If there is any reason you cannot make it to your appointment, you are able to cancel with me 3 times before I am no longer able to take you as a client anymore (unless you are comfortable with paying the full amount of your service as your deposit every time you book). If you would still like to book with me, after the first time you will be charged for half your appointment as your deposit. The second time will also be half the amount of the service. The third time will be the full amount of your service. If you cannot make it to that appointment, that is when you will no longer be able to book with me (unless you are comfortable with paying the full amount of your service as your deposit every time you book). All deposits are nonrefundable.
I prefer cash but I accept cash app, apple pay, or Zelle.
In the event that I am late or cannot make it to your appointment your deposit will be refunded or taken off your total. The point of my deposit being that price is to ensure that you and I won’t be wasting each other's time. It's just a reminder that we both have a responsibility to be there at your appointment.
FOR SAFETY: If you are coughing, sneezing or showing any signs of illness, I will refuse your appointment. I know we are not currently in a pandemic but please wear a mask if you feel it's necessary. I may have some on hand please just ask me. Please make the time to just communicate if you aren't feeling well to reschedule your appointment.
I have a no refund policy. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact me within a 7 day period so I can either fix or redo the hairstyle. I will offer another hairstyle the same price or less as compensation.
I post deals and discounts on ALL services, monthly please check my website weekly!
If you would like to be a brand ambassador for my business, please let me know if you are interested. I will post more about this on my Instagram story frequently (please follow me to stay updated). Any additional hair for these styles will be provided. I have content prices that won't be featured on my website but are very low (half the price or less of regular amount of the original price). In the event you would like to do so please contact me for more information. This content may be posted on my website and on certain social sites. I will never post any pictures or content without your permission. I want all my clients to feel as comfortable as possible. I hope to see you soon!
